Currently the ASDF is working in Western Ethiopia to serve the refugees and displaced people and under-served hosting communities. The people within this region that lack the most basic human necessities and services which limit their opportunities at a better life. Basic things we all take for granted such as education, literacy, clean water, nutritious food, shelter, financial services and modern healthcare are simply not available to the refugees in Gambela Region. And critical needs like skills, education, medical supplies, clinics, mosquito nets, bedding, food, financial literacy, and bottled water are in short supply.
