Atuguba & Associates was established as a law firm in 2006 and is duly registered with the General Legal Council of Ghana.

A&A realises that the needs of clients sometimes transcend the immediate, and call for medium, even long-term, solutions. Working closely with Law and Development Associates (LADA) Consult and LADA Institute, A&A also provides legal input for the development, re-design, monitoring and evaluation of policies, laws, and institutions

LADA and A&A are not ordinary consulting and law firms; they are development organisations. They are incipient experimentations of how law must cease to be a set of lifeless, boring, constraining, meaningless rules. They are indicators of how law should be embedded with fecundity – be refreshing and liberating. At LADA and A&A, we do not focus on what law seeks to prevent; we focus on what law should promote.

At A&A, we offer other services such as the provision of legal opinions to our clients, business advisory services, leading negotiations for and on behalf of our clients, review of legal and other business documents, and legal representation before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
