Founded by three partners sharing the same love for Moroccan cuisine, COUS’MANIA is a unique concept in the Saint Paul district of Paris. The idea is to offer each customer the possibility of composing the couscous or the salad of their dreams.

We start by choosing the base: wheat, whole barley or quinoa for the couscous and salad, pasta or both for the salad. Add 4 or 6 ingredients of your choice, then choose the sauce that will accompany the dish. All served in a good mood by Anass, Yacine and Lahcen, dressed in the colors of the bar. Something to leave with a smile to enjoy your couscous or salad at the office or at home.
