The Republic of Chad, the country of Toumaï, has been changing for more than a decade. Under the impetus of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Idriss DEBY ITNO, the country has taken a giant step: Several infrastructures necessary for economic take-off have been completed. The development program entitled ˵ Chad vision 2030 ˶, centered on the vision of Africa 2063 promulgated by the Heads of Member States of the African Union is being implemented. This Program, thanks to a pragmatic execution, should put Chad on the path to emergence.
