From our modest beginnings with a small space on Barcelona’s elegant Carrer de Ca l’Alegre de Dalt, the development of El-delicios has been buoyed by the energy to cook and serve solid and amazing food of Ethiopian origin.

Unlike other Ethiopian restaurants, El Delicios d’Etiopia was made with the explicit expectation of appearing as something else.

Our menu highlights things that use sound and fragrant flavors, but forget about the ghee filling, spreads, overwhelming oil and cream, and of course the spices.
