Inspired by traditional Algerian cuisine that is still little or poorly known, Katia, founder of Majouja, wanted to introduce authentic dishes inherited from her mother, affectionately nicknamed “Majouja”. She has taken up the challenge of mixing a cuisine rich in history and oriental flavors, with more modern recipes, all based on fresh and seasonal products. In our canteen, the order is made at the counter for the pleasure of the eyes before that of the taste buds.
