In 2012, we, two young guys from Amsterdam, became very inspired in California by the many hip and accessible Moroccan restaurants. “We miss this in Amsterdam!” we cried. So called, so done! In 2013, MOZO was born where we combined everything we love from the country where our parents come from….The Magic Kingdom of Morocco.

With a lot of recipes from our grandmothers, loaded with fresh herbs and spices from Morocco and a load of colorful tajines, we started this adventure.
