The Compliance Superintendent will act as support to the Department Director in the implementation of the Compliance Program.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Superintendent

Identify and map non-compliance risks
Carry out control and investigation missions
Organize awareness training on the dangers of Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Fraud, etc.
Coordinate the activities and requests of the investigation teams to the IT security department relating to data preservation and computer analysis requests
Perform data analyzes according to the needs of the investigation teams
Coordinate and implement an investigation file management system to track, document and report investigation results
Organize and coordinate reporting, monitoring and prevention tools for the compliance system, etc.
