As the Country Director, you will provide guidance to our country programme fostering impact and innovation and a culture that values empowerment and partnership. You will spearhead our advocacy and policy efforts in the DRC, actively engaging decision-makers at local, national, and international levels while empowering local partners to do the same. You will work in a place where you will add value and respond effectively to the humanitarian and development complexities in the Eastern DRC.
