Accountability:

To support the implementation of the global technology strategy in Glencore copper assets. The role will provide support to the Operational Excellence & Technology business function Principals to help accomplish various project. These activities may range from developing operational models and financial models, to collecting the relevant data to provide insights and identify opportunities within the business.

The Regional OE&T team support the asset teams, and also helps to drive mechanisms of accountability and reporting. The engineer will be critical in creating artifacts and systems to enable these processes, which in turn enable Principals to focus on strategic prospects.
