ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a fixed term contract position.

• As an Operator Back Actor you will be responsible to safely clean faces by means of a Back Actor.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Clean the area for footwall examination prior to marking;
• Actively participate in team Results and Progress Management (RPM’s) meetings;
• Actively participate in Mini-Business Teams (MBT’s) meetings;
• Achieve KPI targets and objectives;
• Conduct individual projects in the BI Pipeline with respect to time, cost and quality;
• Actively undertake Business Improvement Peer Coaching;
• Display continuous improvement of 5S within work areas;
• Actively undertake 5s Audits, display results and communicate findings;
• Conduct continuous hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace;
• Apply health, safety, security and housekeeping;
• Participate in investigations into workplace incidents.
