Description:

A qualified individual with the required experience in Mining Geotechnical / Rock Engineering projects. The applicant would be expected to take a critical role in small teams of engineers and scientists, develop their technical skills and work towards becoming a Project Manager. Site work will be required.

Experience and Skills:

The candidate must:

• Hold a, or be eligible for professional registration with ECSA, SACNASP, COMREC certificate or equivalent international affiliation;
• At least have a BSc in Civil Engineering / Mining Engineering / BSc Hons in Engineering Geology, an MSc or higher will be an advantage;
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
