ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

• As a Speci alist Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for continually improving the Asset Value Optimisation processes within an Operation area / defined set of physical assets.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Review and improve total cost of ownership models in order to identify low reliability, high maintainability assets / components / tasks, initiate improvement projects where required;
• Review failure data, conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and system-wide analysis to enhance operations reliability;
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of all asset care plan s, corrective task lists and work instructions for existing and new assets and assets systems;
• Review and ev aluate preliminary design concepts, system engineering block diagrams and use RAM Analysis to provide total cost of ownership models for new projects;
• Facilitate roo t cause analysis on asset failures to eliminate defects.
