ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a Fixed Term Contract position.

As a Supervisor Maintenance Execution, you will be responsible to lead a team of multi-skilled artisans and be responsible for the execution of Work Management and supervise work execution, inspections and observations in a safe and sustainable manner in Maintenance South.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• You will be responsible for well-designed work to ensure safe execution of all work;
• Ensuring effective execution of all planned & unplanned maintenance activities, to the defined quality standards;
• Manage work execution to deliver adherence to schedule on the day;
• To co-ordinate effective prioritization and execution of Plant shutdowns within planned duration;
• Delivery of maintenance KPI’s for your section;
• Effective management of spares and repairable process;
• Manage the staffing and development of personnel & contractors within your team;
• Embed and sustain a continuous improvement culture in your team;
• Be prepared to work shifts if needed;
• Perform standby duties from time to time as required by the organization;
• Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
