Based in Tabubil and reporting to the Superintendent Mine Services & Projects, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Mine Road Maintenance Team and ensuring high level of participation and implementation in continuous improvements of the mine roads.

Your role will involve;

• Ensuring all road work equipment and personnel are scheduled efficiently and effectively to support daily targets for mine production;
• Partnering and coordinating with other stakeholders in the business unit and ensure that mining activities are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively;
• Leading and participating in health, safety, and environmental initiatives awareness in promoting an effective and injury free workplace;
• Planning the use of resources to promote tyre life expectancy, minimise haul truck cycle time, daily monitor truck struts alarm systems.
• Manage and motivate team to deliver to haul road standards, by building positive relationships and interacting with different stakeholders in the business unit; and
• Manage roads equipment and proactively reporting defects on breakdowns.
