The story of the Lagos Grill is that of a woman: Roseline Esnault, restaurateur by passion. She opened her restaurant in 2019 in Grenoble (France).

Roseline Esnault imported her concept "Les Voyages"; the chef takes advantage of the best of her roots in Lagos (Nigeria) first by using products, techniques and know-how, bringing ''art ''à la française'' into a cuisine described as escape. Through multiple perfumes of travels from here and elsewhere, she has made the Lagos Grill the Lodge of African Flavors. A fragrant, spicy and delicate cuisine in which the chef particularly honors the sauces that accompany fish and meat.
