The New York Kente Fest -USA is an annual event held to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and the unique cohesion of the people of Ghana, symbolized by the Kente design. Kente represents a rich and vibrant cultural heritage; one that naturally lends itself to celebration. It represents to us the people of Ghana, a certain sense of pride which we want to expose to the world outside. This is the basis of the celebration of KENTEFEST.
Regarding the Annual Kent -Fest event 2015, plans are far advanced for the organizers, Ghana Heritage Kente Festival Committee (Cultural Ambassadors Foundation), The Apostolic church int’l Brooklyn Assembly, ARC Foundation, Gh.newsnow & 3G Media to launch the 2015 major edition of the event, dub: 'Kente, a symbol of our unique national cohesion'
