​At 12, I was already working in my mother's restaurant in Ivory Coast. I learned all the traditional recipes of one of the best cuisines in Africa.

​On these bases, I offer you an entirely homemade cuisine, from fresh quality products, which we select at Rungis and from specialized suppliers.

​And the tradition is not fixed: I constantly enrich it with the ideas that come to me from my experience and my culinary discoveries.
