AICC is a multidisciplinary nonprofit organization established for the charitable purpose of promoting and preserving African culture and ethnic pride, unity and diversity, culturally responsive programs and services, empowering African women and youth for success, serving as a hub of resource for African immigrants, civic engagement, grass root mobilization, fostering collaborations with community and faith-based organizations, institutions and policy makers to build stronger and healthier African immigrant families and communities.
