Caring Volunteers Network’s (CAVNET) mandate is to help uplift and empower people in rural areas in especially low-income and food deficient communities. Through a people-centered approach, CAVNET facilitates the initiation of sustainable community development projects aimed at assisting indigenes to improve their livelihoods and wellbeing through advocacy, agriculture and food security, health and educational initiatives.
