Our Mission
To empower young people to become positive contributors and influence in their community and wider society. This will be achieved by equipping them with valuable life skills and experiences through our initiatives such as mentoring programme, workshops, awards evening and life time experiences (1-2-1 sessions with notable professionals).

We are committed to helping to motivate young people to reach their full potential by offering support, advice and encouragement so they aspire to be the best that they can be.

Our Vision
Our immediate vision is to grow and expand our pool of volunteers, mentors and other professionals for our programme and workshops. Our long-term vision is to reach as many young people who have been referred to our service and build a track record of growth and development of high achieving mentees.

Our Objectives
Give young people experiences that provide them with the security to make positive decisions in terms of talent development, education or employment
Assist children that need additional support and attention to inspire them to move forward
Extend knowledge and understanding of possible career pathways amongst young people
Generate success stories to counteract perception of young people and reward them for positive efforts and achievements
To create a mentor resource pool made up of successful people within the community and wider society
