CORE Tanzania (Creating Opportunity through Rural Education) is a U.S. nonprofit working to provide a quality educational alternative to children in poor, rural Tanzanian communities where existing schools are severely overcrowded and under-resourced. We envision a future where every child in rural Tanzania is educated to reach his or her maximum potential, creating village communities that are thriving both economically and socially, and contributing to a positive and sustainable future for the country.
