The association is run by a group of volunteers .

Initially it was created by four former Cameroonians and a Cameroonian emigrant. Its president is Jean-Claude Mathieu.

Since its creation, the Association “Echanges France-Cameroun” has continued to forge links between people to break isolation, help fight poverty and misery.

During these first years of existence, the association participated in several humanitarian activities or information days, in the company of other local associations, and sent school supplies and library books to establishments in the territory. Cameroonians:
