In accordance with its organizational chart, the operation of the Chancellery of the Embassy of Mali in Rome is ensured by the diplomatic and contractual staff, under the direction of the Ambassador.

Thus, the First Counselor is in charge of bilateral issues and supervises the activities of the Consular Service. He acts on behalf of the Ambassador in the event of his absence or incapacity. The second Counselor is in charge of multilateral issues relating to Mali’s relations with International Organizations based in Rome.

The Accounting Agent Secretary is responsible for implementing the Embassy’s budget and handling administrative and financial matters relating to the operation of the Embassy.
