In accordance with the Vienna conventions of April 18, 1961 on diplomatic relations and of April 24, 1963 on consular relations, a diplomatic representation, in particular the Embassy of Togo in France, has the mission of implementing Togo’s foreign policy, under the high authority of the President of the Republic and under the control of the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
