The mission of the Embassy is to represent the Republic of Gambia for its best interest before the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Italy, the Hellenic Republic, the Republic of Malta and before the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. Agriculture, (FAO), the World Food Program (WFP) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), pursuing the objective of promoting socio-economically, culturally and politically cooperation, development and concord as well as meeting the needs and concern itself with the welfare of Gambian nationals residing in those countries to which the Embassy is accredited.
