NLNG was incorporated as a limited liability company on May 17, 1989, to harness Nigeria’s vast natural gas resources and produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) for export.

We operate from five offices spread across different locations. We have the liquefaction plant in Bonny Island and a Corporate Head Office in Port Harcourt, all in Rivers State Nigeria. We have annex offices in Abuja and London, as well as a transit office in Lagos
