Novas Basketball Academy is a non-profit organization based in Accra, Ghana, it was established in 2012. The academy is focused on transforming the youth in deprived communities through basketball. The role of basketball in leadership skills, team work and discipline is emphasized during training sessions.

Novas basketball academy is dedicated to giving school going children in deprived communities, a chance to have basic and secondary education. The academy engages the parents of these kids on the need to educating their children. Novas basketball academy is also dedicated to building the knowledge and popularity of the game of basketball through grassroots programs, camps, and clinics in deprived communities, with our base in the heart of the city. The emphasis of these programs is to build well developed youth teams to match the level of basketball and education globally.
