Moroccan cuisine is one of the most varied and refined cuisines in the world. It is particularly characterized by a wide variety of dishes: couscous, tagine, pastilla, méchoui… The originality and richness of this cuisine is due to the multiplicity of influences it has undergone: Arabic, Berber. For couscous in particular, there is also an influence from sub-Saharan Africa, Jewish and culinary cultures from Asia and the south. All these influences have made Moroccan gastronomy into a rich and very varied cuisine, with various flavors.
