Shewhat Cafe (Shewhat Eritrean and Ethiopian Cuisine Restaurant) is named after my mother. We create each dish in Eritrean and Ethiopian style, with aromatic spices, and complex flavors. With influences from across East Africa and the rest of the world, Shewhat Cafe serves up comfort food, just like my Mother did.
