KSB African and Caribbean Cuisine is a small family-operated restaurant specializing in food from Ghana and Jamaica. After painstakingly building this restaurant from the ground up, KSB African and Caribbean Cuisine finally opened to serve the public in February 2020. KSB stands for Keta school boys. Keta, where the owner was born and raised, is a small village in the Volta region of Ghana. Indigenous to this village, is an anchovy-like fish that is affectionately called keta school boys.
