About Mosob Eet-Cafe
Mosob eatery and banquet hall is an Antwerp eatery that serves Eritrean and Ethiopian dishes. The cuisine is characteristic and consists of vegetable and often too spicy meat dishes, usually in the form of a thick stew, served on injera, a large sourdough bread made from fermented teff and barley flour. Ethiopians and Eritreans eat exclusively with their right hands and use bits of injera to pick up bites from starters and side dishes. Utensils are rarely used with Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes.
