We would like to take our guests to a unique, different food culture. In our homeland of Ethiopia (on the Horn of Africa), a variety of meat and vegetable dishes are served on soft sourdough flatbread (injera) and eaten by hand. Traditionally, families and friends eat from a large round tray (Gebeta), which creates a nice feeling of togetherness. The food tastes so delicious and is great fun. Reason enough to embark on this experience!
