Welcome to Akosua’s Kente, where creativity meets prestige in the world’s most beautiful woven cloth: Kente.

My name is Akosua, and my team and I desire to see more people wear this ode to Ghanaian culture in a way that suits their tastes.

I grew up for a time in Paris and it left me with an unquenchable thirst for fashion. This thirst has made me eager to see cloths come alive with the combinations of colors, patterns, accessories and individual ingenuity. When a customer paints us a picture of what they want their cloth to look like, my weavers and I take the vision and make it reality. 90% of our products are custom-made since we love the challenge of meeting a customer’s tastes.

Our goal is to make Kente accessible around the world and God-willing provide in-house designers that will take the cloth you envisioned and make it your dream dress. With our help and your vision, we will make you look like a Parisian, except better.
