She has worked in hotels like the Marriott and was part of the opening culinary team at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. In institutions like University of Colorado Hospital Denver, she mastered impeccable culinary and catering skills. Over the past 20 years healthy eating and exceptional flavors are key in the food and custom menu’s she creates.
