Chef April is a Denver native, with a passion and love for cooking that led to graduating with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. She has worked in hotels like the Marriott and was part of the opening culinary team at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. In institutions like University of Colorado Hospital Denver, she mastered impeccable culinary and catering skills. Over the past 20 years healthy eating and exceptional flavors are key in the food and custom menu’s she creates. Specializing in Kenyan cuisine, southern cooking, barbecue, smoked meats, breakfast and more. Food made by April are well-balanced, delicious, high quality and always made from scratch.
