Hassan is of Moroccan origin, from the imperial city of Meknes. Through his typical Moroccan cuisine he takes us on a gastronomic and culinary journey. In 1987, he opened the Jardin des Palmiers (boulevard Lambermont) with classic oriental cuisine. In Uccle since 2000 he created the restaurant in his image: a typical and pleasant setting, a simple and qualitative cuisine. It focuses mainly on couscous and tajines but it also offers snack food (plates of grilled meats, fries, durums, falafel…). We come across a local family audience as well as many lovers of Moroccan cuisine. A reference to Brussels…
