It all started in 2012 when the Managing Director of OTI decided to change her life around by challenging herself even further. She was then working as a Local Counselor for Ghana and the acting Marketing Manager for an international vegetable oil manufacturer.

She saw the benefit of establishing a factory in Ghana and creating jobs but her international partner, whose focus was only on import trade did not agree with her. Esthy then had to move on and follow her path. It is not until October 2015 that she finally got the opportunity to live her dream; a client from Egypt had requested her to source for organic Shea butter. Esthy didn’t just do that, she decided to embark on a new mission; providing quality products produced by the indigenous people of the land.
