SIC-FSL is jointly is owned by SIC Insurance Company Limited and SIC Life Company in a 70:30 sharing ratio. The company was incorporated on 31st May, 2005 and commenced business on 1st June, 2015.

We are also licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) to manage pension schemes and were one of the few managers selected to manage the Temporary Pensions Account.
