I started cooking at the Hotel Le Caïman in Sokone Senegal and when I arrived in Switzerland, I knew exactly what

I wanted what allowed me to get there.

I work in quite a few restaurants in Switzerland.

But at the end of the year 2015 I opted for the Restaurant Palace of chef Daniel Lauper in Biel/Bienne which brought me the basics of European cuisine

so it brought me all the elements I needed, sharing, conviviality, team spirit and that was something that is super important to me. Today, I am my own boss. I created my own restaurant, my own universe, my idea is to make African dishes but gastronomy, very very light and modern which reflects my image to me.
