The owners of the A&C Square (formally A&C Mall) are proud to announce the launch of their new state-of-the art fitness and wellness centre called Total Fitness Health Club. Dedicated to helping the community to adopt a healthier lifestyle, the new gym is located in East Legon and opened to the public on the 08th January 2011.

It comprises of a gym suite with the latest Life Fitness free weight, resistance and cardiovascular equipment, a studio hall where we deliver the most popular range of aerobics classes that cater for everyone, including junior members, and a 20 x 10 meters long modern swimming pool.

Inductions, help and advice are available via our friendly, experienced and fully qualified team of staff and whether you’re determined to get lighter, leaner, stronger or reaching your personal best, they will give you the tools to achieve your fitness goals by delivering fresh and innovative programs and exceptional customer service.
