The Chrematin Agro which  a member the Groupe Chrematin was established to take advantage of the governments policy of promoting Agriculture to being innovative and strategise the Ghanaian citizen and foreign investors to invest in the Agricultural enterprises in order to create wealth and also to create employment for the teaming unemployed graduates in Ghana all towards improving the quality of lifestyle of the citizens of Ghana.

The Chrematin Agro in its maiden acquisition for Agricultural plantations has released 500,000 acres from the land owners at the Afram Plains for the growth of cash crops like the cocoa, cashew, mangoes, coconuts and oil palm cultivation.
